hi all i have a F5S only a week old, it did have a green light on the front, now it has no green light and says no signal any idea what has happened to the box or how to get it back on please thank you

when you say Green light do you mean the time or is the box loading up and you can not see any thing else on the screen if you can not see anything on the screen Try pressing the V format button once at a time you may have to press severall times

hi Tich its a green LED it was on the front of the box with the channel number that i'm on it wont find any channels when i scan ? not sure what it is, it's like on my box there is this led that is green with the number channel, it wont find anything :(
