factory reset

can anyone help a friend of mine, he as a vu+solo2se box and his wife as pressed factory reset he cannot get any images or channels any help will be grateful

you will have to flash the image and start again.

i did not think it removed the image,only all settings ,channel data,line data etc,might you have a backup image stored on box to restore?

how do I retrieve the back images

if the image is there you will see it when it boots up
