As for setting up the box, just scan for channels and then if I remember correctly its Tools --> update via USB to load your line

i recently bricked my 103 mini and after many attempts I cannot reload the firmware by rs232. seems like the box is not getting recognized by the stb erom prorgram. i followed the instructions from ferguson and im using the most recent firmware. anyone any ideas what im doing wrong
