FTA - HD channels not working

Hi,

What would be the most obvious reason for FTA HD channels being blank. currently testing biohead cable only image.

hd channels arnt fta they need a sub on vm only the sd channels will work

Only sd 1 to 5 work I'm not sure if vm do any other fta channels

ahh grand the old kv 780 use to do the 1-5 only when you missed the updates lol,nothing has changed then only my memory.
