Glitching when on internet

hi all newbie here. just set up my h2h box with line. however when the box is on a channel when i use internet e.g my laptop the tv goes glichy. tried line another still the same.
any suggestions please.

Tried CCcam to rule out mg_cfg file? Use Google DNS on router or box?

HI i renewed the ethernet cable and rebooted the router and bingo all good
