tuner B set network id to your area, eg Dundee 40982. save then scan ,you will pick up your channels then

Why are you trying to do an auto scan? ... autobouquetsmaker will get you all channels and put them in bouquets for you - I still don't get what you're trying to achieve.

Only channels 1-5 in SD will work until you've bought a line and put it on the box.
