hi giuys i have connected all cable cable and sat...but can only tune the sat and cable fails, i dont use a v.cable moden but do i still need a spliter for the cable ....thanks

No, you just need a high quality cable going from the V*rgin box on the wall into the RF IN port on the zgemma.
