Hi, I have a zgemma h2h with openvix, I have tried to back up , but when I do it states, there is a problem with this device, please reformat and try again. should I change fro openvix to another setup.

It means there's an issue with device you're using to back up (the usb drive).

Thanks for the quick reply, So I will have to change my usb stick till i get one that works.

Yes or you could try doing what it's advised (formatting it on the computer).

May be best flashing to a new image and backing up the line etc via ftp.
OpenATV may be best and as suggested formatting the usb drive again to fat 32.

Also the drive needs to be initialised.
