HD Channels missing

Hi,
Is there anything I can do to get hd channels back on. I've did the blade online channel list but still no hd just sd channels (movies & sports)
Your help is much appreciated.

Alright, Im sure I had sports hd but noticed yesterday it was gone. Movies hd has been gone for a while.

only BT Sport 1&2 and ESPN are available on HD
