HELP all channels scrambled

Help I have skybox f5s its been showing all $ channels scrambled for a few hours iv rebooted box ccline has green tick and Internet working enybody having same problems thanks.

Ok thanks just checked again its saying server offline with green tick what box have you got

Its ok now I think. I have had this line for a thew mouths without problems apart from odd scramble for a couple off minutes it looks like I might have to get a new line if it happens again ;-)
