help need on how to link starview 7 ,,,to internet

im just trying now i do think i need the cable i have emailed them but no reply so ill call them 2moz to see ,,,,ive done everything i been told but no joy so i thinkthe last resort is to get hold of a cable and try if not its up for sale lol
 
he was away for a week lol,talked on phone,earlier models needed the cable to dongle to connect,forgot to say has your dongle been tampered with as photo shows a gap
 
hello all again im bk .ive just recieved my cable threw the post ,and still no joy with getting my ip adress up on the network//// what to do puddled
 
only thing now is a faulty dongle i think,if you cant find anyone with one to check,ring skywonder see if they can check it and please note they are fragile so no abuse.
