help with channel list

hi new to this i tried to do a manual update and now my channels are a mess. is there a download available and what cable is required to connect to pc. the box is an f5 skybox.

You install a channel list to your F5 by USB. The latest lists are posted in this thread:-

CWAITE's list is Sky numbered (starting at 101). AJ's list doesn't follow Sky's numbering & starts on ch 1.
