how can i improve stream quality on OpenWebif?

hi everyone. ive got a gigablue hd 800 se plus with openvix. ive been using OpenWebif to stream to VLC on the PC and ive noticed that the quality is a bit poor. is there anything i can to improve the quality?

I have the latest vlc installed with default settings and the quality is the same, even hd. Is it glitching a lot or is it just bad quality

no glitching at all. its watchable just not that good of a picture

Thats strange, dont know what it could be. What graphics card have you got on pc and is it setup to full resolution?

HIS 7950. its nothing to do with the graphics card. has to be something to do with the streaming itself

Openwebif doesnt have any stream options, so the only other thing i can think of is your internet or maybe try restoring vlc to default settings and see if it helps

ive got a 70mb download and 14 upload so doubt its that either

maybe it's the channel itself I noticed this when I recorded some content from different channels before it looks fine watching on the box but once i watched it on pc it looks poor.

Other thing could be as others have said either network speed wireless by any chance?
