How to delete history on Enigma 2 box?

Is there a way to delete history? When I click previous or next it shows all channels I have viewed, can I delete this? I'm using Enigma 2 box.

Menu>Setup>System>chennel selection setting>enable panic button to yes
Press 0 to delete zap history and zap to the first channel in your first bouquet
