Yes just exit. It's an area of extra memory set aside for the system to use when it's under pressure (put simply).
Some people don't bother with it.
Menu > Setup > ViX > Swap Manager

I took the risk and just exited the thing as none of the coloured buttons did anything - so there you go!

I think it is working but I haven't really chance to play with it, and I would still like to know what a swap file is and what do I do with it?

You don't do anything with it. Just create one in swap manager and the system will use it, if and when, it needs to.
