Iptv laggy

Hi guys when the family is home my iptv freezes n all that .....
I'm at the end of my contract with sly ....
Would I b best jumpin over to virmin ?

Are you saying it works fine when you're family are not at home? If so, sounds like it's a problem with bandwidth. What network connection do you have for your internet?

And post what speeds you get

Bandwidth will definitely be a problem looking at that. If that's without all the family there, then definitely. Even without the family there, HD will usually be a problem with that bandwidth...

Maybe just a general upgrade to fibre will help. Surprised you're getting such low speeds being that far from the exchange...

Can you do another test without iptv running? Will give you a more realistic view

To do a network test please put a video on youtube at 1080p
Then open cmd and type this command
Ping www.google.com -t


Then after 5 min hit ctrl +c
Take a picture of the results and let me know how it goes
