You don't need m3u if you have server url what you posted earlier you use xc api with your username for iptv

Most apps need regular updates to update epg data

Your not getting what I'm saying with you having username password and server url you don't have to use delux hub you don't need m3u just use the xc api bit on smarters or xciptv player
