Iptv recording freezing

Did anyone have an answer to the recording problem? i have a vuduo2, i have followed the advice given about watching a satellite channel during iptv recording, it records but freezes all the time, my supplier has confirmed there is no problem recording, is there anything else i can try?

right all with regards to recording, i did notice that the screen does freeze however when i checked the recording a few minutes later and looked at when the screen froze the actual recording was fine and carried on past the actual freeze part of the picture ?
so i dont think the zgemma or maybe any other box likes you to watch and record the stream at the same time ?
If you record one stream and watch another all seems fine
just my opinion lol
