Set up pin protection and now things have started to dissapear. We’re do the pin protected channels goto??

When you set pin protection it asks you which bouquets you would like to lock(hide) to unlock them just go back into settings, parental control, put in your pin and go to the bouquets and press OK.
If they are still not there after try refreshing your channels they may have been moved or removed by your provider.
