is my box fake?

was looking throught the image info and it states that the box is a h.2s not whats printed on the front h.2h anyone shed any light on this?

I factory reset it due to having problems thinking this would help and it states h2s still

Don't worry about it, the H2S and the H2H use the same file system.
Your box is not fake.

Great so i just have a box that has decided to not show sky channels grrr on the bright side i can look at the never ending error messages it shows lol

What problems are you experiencing? Give me some details, factory reset on these boxes is NOT recommend

I would reflash and start again, make sure you have a copy of your server details.

Are you using both services, satellite and cable?

At the moment i cant even get the box to load a skin it wont flash show the USB is there writes to it too
