Issur with line

Hi guys

Cables been working fine since afternoon now nothing clearing at all.

Spoke to provider and has said that server is fine and line is active.

Any ideas what has happened?

Has box and tuner become faulty?

Or user error did you run a network test to see all green,does your fta work,cam needing a restart?

Done network test and its red.

Changed ethernet cable as well.

FTA doesnt work or restarting cam.

Think gona do reflash, been years since done one so really anxious gona make things worse.

Red means no internet connection,try rebooting router and box as in off--------------------on wait a few mins rerun test.

fta should work as not lan connected,coaxial cable rechecked and splitter.
