kryptview a780 channels

hi do's anyone know if the uk rac*ng channel works on the kryptview box
it do's not work on the st*rview HD combo or 6:doh:

do you have the latest firmware on box,have you scanned from a direct feed no splitters,try a factory reset first power off box for a min then auto scan without lan,when finished pug in lan and reboot box and router.

Thanks, have latest firmware, did what you suggested at least its listed now, terrible signal spitting and far*ing not good.

do you have only bb or do you have a min package as signal strength differs also splitters cause problems.

Sorry for delay, Ive got broadband no splitters just direct feed, been trying different ids on bromley at present got sports channels some others wont open,when i try another id i lose sports 1&3, would love to know the best id number on ex-c&w for london area, thanks.

that is your problem week signal if bb only as signal is much lower,you may need a booster if signal level is too low
what reading is on yours.??
