Lost SD channels

Yeah its been rebooted and the router is fine, it is says its offline

Was having the same problem Saturday for for 4 hrs so got a test line. test line worked ok. Tryed my original line back working this morning Sunday, but went off again at about 5 o'clock. My server send me an urgent email very unexpected with a New c line with a complete different ip address something definitely going on. it can't be just a coincidence that the servers are all going down.

maybe trying to knock them off now,and would say backup plan in use.
