Mag 254 asking for user/pass

Yes.. is a strange one. My supplier is a good guy and has been trying to get it resolved.
Thought I would ask on here to see if anyone had the same problems

I got that when I cloned my smart stb mac onto stb emu on an android box. Prior to the problems cloning was allowed (with my supplier) as long as only one device used at a time. Apparently the new system locks the mac to one device prohibiting cloning consequently my apps are blocked and so far my guy cannot sort it. He got rid of the Authentication box but streams dont load.
