It's better if you can provide as much information as possible, people turn up and make posts like "box broken" etc often get no help at all because it's too much trouble to drag information out of them

It's all happened since we all had trouble with iptv got new portal off provider since then screen has went black could the box's need flashed

Try with /c/ or just /c one will work have you entered the portal correctly get a trial and see if other providers portal works and if using a certain panel provider they don't support all mag boxes

OK cheers I will try that but I have feeling that it's the panel provider

my advice is always go to provider 1st as if others are having same issue or not they can point u in right direction
