Does anyone know is it advisable to turn off miraclebox combo every night or just leave it on ?

Are you having issues when turning the box off at night? If not just power it down as normal or leave in standby mode. Shouldn't really be an issue, I power down all my boxes every night

i just use my remote to put into standby as my abm and epg update early in the morning,your box is a quality made one so should have no issues.

Yeah as the cactikid says some boxes have autoupdates and will work in the standby mode. I'm just used to powering down my boxes and tend not to have many issues if any, when I do this.
The cheaper boxes, openbox etc are known to have issues when left on and the normal fix is to power down router and box and reboot from scratch, so I'm pretty much doing this anyway just to eliminate minor issues.

You could put the Miraclebox into Deep standby at night. just press and hold the power button on remote and then select it from the list. deep standby is less than 1 watt in this state.
