Missing hd channel's

Since last night I have very few he channels sly 1, BBC 1 and BBC 2 not channel 4 or 5 and no sports or movies hd.
I'm on wooshbuildb 6.0 tried online update but no joy any advice? box zgemma h52s

The H5.2S is a twin SATELLITE receiver - you cannot get the S*y movie or sports channels on this box but you've also posted in the CABLE section so i'm unsure if you know what box you have?
