HD51 4K Mutant51 and NTFS

i have a usb stick NTFS formatted with films(over 4 gig each) and tv shows on it. Is there any way to get them playing off the usb stick

I seem to remember that there's a plugin to allow NTFS access.
The best way imho would be to copy them to a shared folder on your PC and create a network share on your receiver.

... or plug the drive into your PC and share that.

As Willo said would defo work, I tend to use an ftp like FileZilla and drag and drop what I need right into /hdd/movie

in box use a plugin called samba in network-utilities,not to sure if a network scan sees pc to play them.
