New line but box not working

Go on dream explorer and click on usr/keys and go to cccam.cfg and press ok and see if your new line details are there

Yes, they are there exactly as they were supplied from my suppliers portal.

if its not a trial, why not,?
if it is a trial how long have you had it for.?

It is a trial, just to make sure I can get the box working and the service is stable.

It does not expire until tomorrow afternoon.

Line has expired then or servers are down,Every thing else is right,Get another test line or i can pm you a contact for one

Checked on the portal and the line is still valid until tomorrow at 3:30pm. I have no way to check if the servers are down. If you could PM a contact for a trial that would be great

Update:

I decided to try using a cline even though the original was an Nline....And it's working fine now.

Very strange but at least we managed to get it sorted.
