Hi bought the zgemma ready to plug and play , having problems trying to watch football online just get "download error" (see pic) , also could i install tsmedia (and how )?

Its a constant battle to keep the streaming side working, IMHO not worth it, be careful how many pluins you put on he zgemma as it could lock the box up and need re=flashed.
As you can from your pic, the green button for download plugins, then tsmedia is in either extensions or system plugins

yeah, not having any joy with films , go to KODI then showbox then recently added films , choose film then a link and press play . it just starts buffering then goes to a blank screen

There's some kind of cache problem just reboot box and try again. I gave up on streaming on this box I now have kodi on my phone and screen mirror it to TV.
