Cable no sound

[Running out]

Looking for a bit assistance, running atv on h2h but sometimes when I turn sound down / up on zegemma remote the sound goes and I have to restart box , does not happen obviously with the tv remote control , any help would be cool.

This was happening a lot last year on both vix and atv on different boxes nobody could seem to suss it out I think the sound was goung off when turning the volume less than 85. I haven't seen anyone report it for a while

Back working again with zegemma remote , will keep an eye on it
