problem when changing channel

when i change channels , the picture doesnt clear . i can be watching bbc1 ok then when i move to another channel it wont clear . i have to re boot box , how do i sort this ? thanks

It might be your provider. Try and wait on the channel and see if it clears, around a min or so.

Try a test line from another provider and see if it eliminates the issue then this will rule out if it's the line or not.

it seems ok now , i rebooted again and its stopped doing it for the time being . thanks
