Hi Just need to find out if there is any latest news on getting the RJ45 Female Socket to 9 pin Serial DB9 Socket Adapter for starveiw 7 box as I also need one Ive tried the one off ebay but it dont work Ive also sent a email to tech wizard twice but got no reply

i was told the adapters r for the box only wat they come with wen connected to the net they activate the date for expire of box and r not availble seperate only with a box

Here is a couple of pictures of the inside of an adapter no fancy circuit only 2 capacitors across 2 wires each one capacitor is 25v 10uf and the other small one has no writing on it I will try to find out the value of it with a meter when I get hold of another original adapter I think what's been missing from your previous attempts has been the capacitors.

The original adapter is £29.99 ic recorded delivery
Please note there is not many around therefore we cannot guarantee that we will have stock for long "

i think its a bit to expesive only worth about a fiver
