Have you had any issues with everything messing up when you restart the box?

No mine is fine mate when restart box, I have set my box to automatically back up every day at 5am so any issues I just go back to that restore point :)

I'll have to have a look at my settings I think as if I'm in standby everything is ok but if I restart gui or do a box restart it swapps all my bouquets around and duplicates them

I did, so I did a back up AND disable the auto update. It just updates the EPG now, all good so far. ;)

Has that worked with turning the box off and back on and also restarting gui as if I leave it in standbuy it's ok

Also, if it didn't, you can load the back up you previously saved anyway!
