Anyone know how to ftp into this or add apps for iptv and also delete apps like BBC iPlayer ?

Steps to download and install an application on your Sharp AQUOS Crystal

1. From the home screen, tap Play Store.
2. Tap APPS.
3. Swipe left or right to the preferred sorting option.
4. Scroll to and tap the preferred application.
5. Tap INSTALL.
6. Review the system permissions information and tap ACCEPT.

I’m not sure either I just assumed I haven’t worked with them yet but curious how it’s done any help or pointers appreciated

Ps no option to uninstall the bbc apps

Smart TV's are not Android TV's so there's no side loading of third party apps possible. You're pretty much limited to whatever they offer on the manufacturer's app store.

My sharp "Smart" TV is really quite stupid, it's browser doesn't give you the option of typing in an address, has about 60 generic apps (none of which are any use).
It has Netflix, can't get Spotify. No bluetooth, it does have a built in casting device and Saoirview.
Its definitely not android based, I have given up trying to teach it stuff.
