hi, does anyone know where i can get the latest firmware or channel lists please? its for a spiderbox hd. many thanks

which spiderbox hd have you got - you must give more info when you ask a question about a box with a few versions

The box just says spiderbox hd, I'm aware that there are several versions with numbers after them, but I could find no other details on my box other than that. I'm out now but will check again later to be sure
