stb emu problem

hi all having trouble with stb emu its freezing dont think its the server, its not the full version, can this happen on the free version of the app if i am on entertaiment and scroll left it gets stuck and pauses any help please

Get the latest version just make a note of your mac address and server portal then get the latest version install it change the mac address to the one you gave the provider then re enter portal job done

get a test from someone else and if its the same then its the app that could be issue.

I found the issue thats was causing the locking up i did youtube it first, in network settings in STB emu i unticked the cache and rebooted all smooth now thanks everyone for help
