streaming from laptop to zgemma start 2s

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if its possible to play music/film from laptop to my star 2s box? If it is, could you explain how as im a noob. Much appreciated

Yes you can ftp it too the box yet has limited memory so best is to ftp it to the hard drive just create a folder on the hdd for it
