stv HD disappeared

Hi,
My BM5000s is hooked up to Scottish channels. The equivalent of itv HD no longer works & only the standard definition.

Anyone able to help.

it changed frequency on 11th of November

every time channels go off have a look on here first if they've changed

Thanks. So I have to go into manual scan, then what do I type?
Also, is channel 5 HD available?

Not sure about c5 HD lost it myself never checked

You do manual scan put in the new frequency which is


11068 V 23000

Then press green on your remote

Thanks. It does find stv hd but it doesn't add it back to channel 3 in my HD list.
I should say that the channel is there only that it doesn't have an epg or a visual

When you do a TP scan and enter the frequency above it should appear at the end of the "All" group.

You can move it into various groups after that.

Sorry for appearing to be thick however i've found stv hd , now all I want to do is move it to the correct place as channel 3 in the HD list.
how would I do this ?

I tried to follow the guide you posted a link to however my box doesn't seem to have the categories like the heart, sport, shopping trolley etc .. so I'm stumped (again )

you sure you've got the BM5000s and not the BM7000s?
