Time Warner cable issue???

Hello all I have an issue with my time warner cable. When my cellphone uses data or wifi my cable freezes until the data transfer is done. Does anyone know what may be the problem?

so i take it that your cable box uses your phones network to open stuff,dont like that setup as most of us would use our home internet hard wired or homeplugs and i dont use wifi.
