Tuner failed

I've just moved my vu+ zero box upstairs and rerouted the cable. Plugged it back in and now I'm not getting any channels it just says failed tuner. Anyone know what the problem is please

i did thanks little bit of the copper insulation was touching the copper. all sorted thankyou
