usb wont recognise but did before

hi everyone having major trouble my usb that work and worked on my zgemma has now stopped being recognised at the boot screen and now just boots without giving me the choice to flash

If you are using Vix it will not come up with Usb on front before flash Try a full windows format (not quick) and try again Make sure you keep stand by button on front pressed when pressing power button on rear
If that fails Do a low level format on usb using a program like HDD Guru low level format tool Then full windows format and try

Ok just in the middle of low level now then how do I do a full windows scan

Just on your PC format make sure the quick format is unticked

No problem will do I've left the low format one on as it takes ages and will do the windows one tomorrow morning let you know the score
