Just to add a bit you have 3 things against you, 1 a low powered power pack, 2. Poor quality cable. 3. A long cable run. Now I am pretty sure that it was on here that a Zgemma H7S had same issue and traced it back to power pack but if you want to keep messing go ahead. However here are some pics to illustrate what I mean. One is the Zgemma H7S power pack that I don't use on a motorised dish, the other is the conversion table to make it clearer, the Third is the Power Pack that a I do use to drive a 1.1m dish via a dark motor. Its good cable but only 12 metres.
The power pack I use has 5 amps output, the Zgemma h7s has only 3 and that is almost half so go figure.
Did you look at the power pack on the tm 1000d and what motorised sat listing are you using?
