No, I don't think so - I think this set up has 1 satellite tuner and 1 freeview terrestrial tuner.

Openbox uses closed source firmware and is not an enigma2 box so you cannot but iPab onto it ... iPab alone wouldn't give you cable anyway as you'd need a box that has a DVB-C tuner in it and the V8 Combo doesn't.

It has a satellite (dvb-s/s2) tuner and a terrestrial (dvb-t/t2) tuner.
