It actually fixed itself, it seems that the error i was getting with the plugins was a server issue where they are hosted from. There were quite a few functions that did not work on the box, such as the vpn and mini dlna plus all other options in that menu, it seems they are all linked to the feeds error. The error message cleared by the time i had woke up.
