What am I doing wrong???

Menu - Setup - Service Searching - ABM - Providers

Select Yes to Virgin UK

and make sure the area number matches the number matches the net id
 
When you select Yes to virgin UK
it should give you an area use the right button on the remote
to get to 41063 it's described as Stoke (FF Manchester) on my box.
 
You do realise you have to set it to yes before you get the options don't you

Please go into your tuner configuration and post a screen shot..
Menu/setup/service searching/tuner configuration. Highlight your cable tuner and press ok.
Post screen shot of the tuner setup.
 
This is how it should be set up.
Tuner Type - DVB-C
CONFIG MODE - ENABLED
NETWORK ID - 00000
USED DERVICE SCAN - PROVIDER
COUNTRY - UNITED KINGDOM
REGION - Virgin Media UK (ex CW)
