it is the location of my box and sockets that makes hompelugs a bit of a nightmare.

I have used wifi repeater , and home plugs , find the home plug best , wifi do work , but had to connect it a few times lost connection

Can't you use pass through homeplugs ?

I set a box up the other day and put the homeplug in the socket and
plugged the box into the homeplug

The tv is mounted on the wall, with socket behind it. There is physically no room behind it.

i can power this via usb (jack to usb) so the above space limitations are not issues
