XE downloader problem help please

l have a zgemma and l was using jedi for my iptv which worked great but it stopped working, using xtream editor now but it is very pixellated on all iptv channels, any ideas, thanks

Do you have the service app plugin installed mate?... this can help reduce buffering.

hmm...have you asked your provider?
Only saying this as I am using that plugin and also serviceapp and it's fine....might be worth a check for elimination purposes.

I did ask him but he says he doesn’t work with enigma boxes

...in all honesty mate that's not the response I'd expect from a decent provider...can't he just get the jedi redone for you if that's what he deals with... or at least provide an app or option for you to use instead? Depending how long you have left I'd switch to be honest.

Have you tried jedi since what version of Jedi are you using.
I've used jedi no problems and using xe 3.08 no problems without service app running I would possibly consider taking a trial from elsewhere to see if is a hardware problem provider problem.
Is your box hardwired or ethanet
