Zgemma delay when changing channels

No mate, it was changing the A/V settings to Video output to HDMI, automatic resolution to disabled, mode 1080i, refresh rate 50HZ, dispaly 4:3 and 16:9 settings to just scale, green button to save, will sort it

P.S. to access these settings its, menu, setup, system

DO not get rid of Media Portal If you get rid of it causes other problems on box advise to keep it

Didn't need to remove plugins in the end, it was the A/V settings

Removing Media Portal tends to crash the box alot

I don't have media portal on any my boxes and none crash.
