Cable Zgemma H1 problem on cable turner

Hi i have a h1 combo box and i`m having problems with the pictures of tuner b are not clear like i don`t have signal, I have a live cable service. But it`s work fine with sat feed.

Any help is appreciated.

That doesn't look great, what are your power and signal levels on your line? I assume you have a VM Superhub or similar? if so just check the downstream status in the log and you will find the levels there and they should be the same assuming there is no atenuators or filters on the line on either modem or Zgemma box feed.

Thanks for the reply yes i have a VM Superhub. I did try atenuators 8dB and 6dB on Zgemma box feed still the same and atenuators 8dB on VM Superhub and this is my up and downstream hope this what you want to know.
